Mount Elizabeth-Charter has a 24 - Hour TOLL-FREE HELPLINE: 1800-738 9595 that is manned round-the-clock by trained staff. Anyone with psychological, behavioural, emotional or addiction problems may call in. Callers may choose to remain anonymous, and all information provided by the caller will be kept confidential. The counsellors and therapists are able to speak most of the languages spoken in Singapore, and are trained to attend to callers of any age group. 

In addition to the Helpline, Mount Elizabeth-Charter also provides a FREE NEEDS ASSESSMENT. This Assessment involves a face-to-face, sit-down session with our psychologists / counsellors who will spend an hour or so with the client / patient. At the end of the Assessment, the needs of the client / patient are established and recommendations on the next course of action made. The client / patient will then decide whether or not to take up the recommendations.
